Balado, Albarino, Zarate 2021

From the Zárate winery in the heart of the Rías Baixas, this is Albariño at its best. From two small plots surrounded by a wall of granite, production of this wine is limited to under 3000 bottles per year. Purposefully restrained whilst still maintaining character, this is a white wine that is drinking well now, but will age incredibly well.
