Greywacke Wild Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand, 2020

A premium example of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc from the founding wine maker at Cloudy Bay. This is a vibrant wine with more finesse and texture than you would normally expect from these types of wine coming mainly from the use of wild yeasts and some very subtle oak. This white wine challenges anyone who has moved on from New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc :-)
