Gundog Estate Wild Semillon, Hunter Valley Australia 2021

A wonderful example of the Semillon grape used as a single varietal (Semillon is often blended) and a wine which Hunter Valley in New South Wales is renouned for. The wild yeast adds texture to this fragrant, zesty white wine. Defiitely one to enjoy with food - try with shellfish or white meat dishes with a creamy sauce.
