This is a Sauvignon Blanc with a difference. Some time in oak and some gentle lees stirring gives this wine a lovely complex texture, whilst maintaining good acidity and structure with a lovely fruity backdrop. This white wine is incredibly well thought out - a fabulous drink to savour and enjoy.
