Skins Orange Wine, Field Recordings, USA

Orange wines use white grapes, but ferment on the skins to add substance and texture - resulting in a alightly orange coloured wine! This example is a blend of mainly Chenin Blanc & Pinot Gris. It's crisp and approachable and pairs wonderfully with Asian cuisine.
