Colet Tradicional Extra Brut, Spain

I’ve been keen to add a sparkling wine from Spain for a while as I think they are tremendous value, and made in the same way as Champagne, deliver so much quality. This is a brilliant example from the Colet family. Using three grape varieties, Xarel-lo, Parallada and Macabeo, this is a perfect party starter and apperatif.
