Coteaux Bourguignons, Joseph Roty

The Roty’s Coteaux Bourguignons is, unusually, 100% Pinot Noir, and from old vines. It's light in colour and in body, but is full of flavour - lots of red fruit and cherries with an underlying smokiness. We find it opens up and really benefits from decanting - try this red wine with fatty charcuterie or cheese.
