Pouilly-Fuissé Sur la Roche, Gilles Morat, 2020

This Pouilly-Fuissé may be a bit pricey - but worth it if you want to splurge on a lush glassful to have with your Sunday roast. Sur la Roche is one of the finest vineyards in the area, shared by several growers. The area managed by Gilles Morat is a premium position, right at the top of the slope. This white wine displays lovely balanced oak with an elegant finish.
